Crespo Gin

Crespo gin is made in Ecuador from a base of botanicals including juniper, orange zest, lemon zest, cardamom, cinnamon, licorice, angelica, dill, orris, coriander, and cassia. This is a very traditional base to the point where it could be used as a recipe for the London dry style with a citrus note.

The gin is named for Gustavo Crespo, who founded the gin label.
