  Lowland's Dear Heather schnapps is distilled with orange, lemon, cinnamon, aniseed and mace. The schnapps is then aged for a total of 16 months in Stauning Whisky casks that were previously used for the distillery's heather-smoked whisky. This maturation creates a perfect balance between fresh botanical notes and sweet, lightly smoky whisky notes from the barrel.
