Njordic Martini with with Njord Gin

The perfect Njordic Martini - A different version of Martini, this time with gin from the Danish distillery Njord, based in Aarhus.

Ingredients

8 cl Njord Mother Nature Gin
1.5 cl Vermouth
2.5 cl Peychaud Aromatic Cocktail bitters

Procedure

Orange peel. (Use the traditional orange peel twisted over the glass to release the bitter citrus oils of the peel)
Serve in a Martini Riedel glass.

About Njord

NJORD DESTILLERET is a Danish distillery located in Aarhus, which was established in 2014 by Troels Præst Andersen and Lars Toke Graugaard.
