From Islay distillery Bunnahabhain comes a Special Release every year and this time it has been aged in French casks.

in an edition of 2764 bottles.

After eight years of maturation in the cold, dark and coastal warehouses
at Bunnahabhain, this exceptional malt was selected for a further 2 and
half years of finish maturation in French brandy casks.

Color:
Dark copper color
Nose:
Roasted chestnuts, caramel, apple, grapefruit, dried fruits and slight notes of berries.
Palette:
An extremely elegant and fruity dram with notes of chestnuts, grapefruit, oak, sweet malt and salted caramel.
Finish:
Long and fruity.
