Composed of spirits under 3 years old, and therefore not officially called
whisky, but we're getting close and the taste is amazing! The spirit has
aged in 2 butts, 6 hogsheads and 21 octave casks. All have contained
Oloroso or Pedro Ximenez sherry and are made from American or Spanish
oak.

Deep copper and almost amber color.
Creme caramel with candied orange, manuka honey, mango, salt, licorice, maple syrup-marinated smoked bacon and extinguished peat ovens.
