A - Z Gin
A - Z GinHere we have listed all our delicious gin variants in alphabetical order.1. Liquor with juniper flavor: This is the first type of gin invented. Here, the alcohol is distilled by pot distillation and subsequently a re-distillation is made, where the botanical products are added to extract the flavor from them. This type of gin is sometimes stored in wooden barrels. This variant is also called Geneva Gin or Dutch Gin. 2. Distilled Gin: Distilled gin is made exclusively by re-distillation of alcohol with a strength of at least 96%. It is restored with juniper and other natural botanical products, provided that the juniper taste is predominant. The distillation is made in still specially made for making gin. 3. London (Dry) Gin: Made exclusively from alcohol made from agricultural products. The taste is added exclusively in the re-distillation, which is made in traditional stills. The recovery distillation contains at least 70% ABV. It must be sweetened with a maximum of 0.1 grams of sugar per liter of the final product and must not contain added colors or other ingredients other than water. 4. Gin: Gin is produced by adding flavor to neutral spirits without re-distillation and is not considered to be particularly high quality gin. |
