They make a wide range of sherry types - from the juicy and elegant types such as Fino and Manzanilla to the legendary Antique sherries such as Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximenez. On the Brandy front, they exclusively produce Solera Reserva and Solera Gran Reserva which, after aging in new French and American oak barrels, are aged for many years in barrels previously used for the finest sherries. The bodega also has a very small production of the most intense sherry vinegars in the area.
