Knaplund Citrus - A new Danish-produced gin liqueur has seen the light of day. Composed of a string of classic botanicals such as juniper berries, pepper, coriander, citrus fruits and orange. We have combined the sweet with the sour in this gin - and therefore it is an ideal base for cocktails without needing much else. You can mix this gin with lemony soda water and a splash of fresh lime juice - that's it. Depending on your taste buds, you can play with the bitterness and sweetness. If you're crazy about tartness, give it an extra squeeze of lime juice. If you want it a little sweeter - hold off on the lime juice - and give it a little more lemony soda water.
