Choya Extra Years Umeshu - Enjoy it slightly chilled with sparkling water, neat or in cocktails. This Japanese umeshu is made from the ume fruit, which is related to apricots and plums. The liqueur is aged for 2 to 3 years using only Nanko-ume from the Kishu area in Japan. The taste is sweet, but with a fine, balancing acidity. Nice intensity and lots of citrus and stone fruit.
