Brewdog has started a distillery and here they produce exquisite spirits. Including a rum. This white rum is infused with a lot of lovely botanicals for a delightful exotic flavor.

The rum is called Five Hundred Cuts Botanical Rum, and is distilled in a double-bubble kettle and produced from sugar cane molasses. Fermentation is done with something as exceptional as red wine yeast. Atypical, yes, but it helps to give a very special character to this lovely rum.

Tonka beans, cloves, lavender, cardamom, orange peel, mace, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and for extra sweetness; Unrefined muscovado sugar. Delicious!
