This blend of different rums is barrel aged from 5 to 15 years in the tropics of Guyana.
The blend contains matured molasses-based rums distilled on the three stills; Port Mourant, Enmore & Uitvlugt.

It is a dry rum with notes of burnt demerara sugar, liquorice, orange peel and a hint of oak.
Alta Gama Single Blended Guyana Rum captures the heart and soul of authentic Guyana rum.

35 grams of sugar have been added to Demi-sec.
